1. What is DIN eKYC filing?
DIN eKYC filing (DIR-3 KYC) is an annual process where every director must verify their personal details with the MCA to keep their DIN active.
Every individual with an active DIN on or before 31st March of the financial year must file DIR-3 KYC before 30th September of the following year.
